The fan comes with a mounting bracket, but can also be used without the bracket if required (see images for pictures of the fan with and without bracket). This fan plugs into an existing powerpoint. If you are purchasing accessories, please check to see if they need to be installed by an electrician. The VKO range by Fanco is available in three sizes: 100mm, 125mm and 150mm. Generally the VKO is a fan that should not be ducted any longer than a couple of metres, for more information, please refer to the capacity loss image to give you a rough idea of how the fan performs along a duct run. An electrician is not required to perform installation. However, please be aware that you will require an electrician if you choose to use this fan in conjunction with hardwired accessories, including but not limited to speed controllers. The lead attached to the fan is 1m in length. Important Notice: A member of our technical team will install the lead and plug to the fan. Please be aware we are unable to accept returns for ‘change of mind’ reasons if a plug is installed.
