Gamakatsu Marine Box Fishing Hook This is a new, dedicated hook from the Marine Box series, specifically designed for fishing in “sea ponds” (Kaijo Tsuribori) or for catching strong fish from the shore/breakwater. The emphasis here is on all-round versatility for all types of bait and fish. Nano Smooth Coat: Model 68-994 comes with Gamakatsu’s famous Nano Smooth Coat. This coating reduces friction to zero and allows easy and quick penetration even with delicate touches or fish with a hard jaw. The color is matte silver (typical of this coating). Purpose: The hook is defined as Multi-Species. It is suitable for a wide range of fish found in the fishing areas: Sea Bream (Madai), Blue Runners, and other reef fish.
